Léon de Bruxelles has made the choice of achieving long-term growth while demonstrating respect for mankind and the environment.
It is important to say that the corporate culture that reigns at Léon relies on values that are firmly defended, in a rationale for sustainable development:

Transparency: with respect to the customers, employees and partner suppliers
Respect: for everyone, regardless of their origin, age or condition
Autonomy: with respect for common values
Conviviality: for a warm and welcoming work environment
Demanding: when it comes to quality

For several years now, Léon de Bruxelles’ management of staff and social policy represent one of the most effective models in the world of catering. Thus, this name has placed sustainable development at the core of its strategy and commits to leading a progress approach as regards the environment, social and societal stakes.

To achieve this, in 2009, Léon de Bruxelles set up a Sustainable Development Department and conducted its first carbon assessment (This Carbon Assessment® takes stock of greenhouse effect emissions, direct or indirect, that are generated by activity, and conveyed in CO2 equivalent tonnes.
