Established more than 100 years ago in Brussels, “Friture Léon” was a small “estaminet” (bistro) devoted to mussels and typical Belgian dishes.
Very quickly, its speciality made its reputation, extending far beyond the borders. One century later, in 1989, the first “Léon” restaurant opened its doors in Paris, specialising, as is right, in serving these renowned traditional dishes…
